Technical support is provided to the users of all the license types (Industrial, University, Traning class)
FlowVision technical support includes
- Providing a license (license itself, license name, and license password)
- Replacement of broken-down dongles
- Regular updating the current version of the software
- "Hot" telephone line (answering the customer questions by phone)
- "Hot" internet line:
- answering the customer questions by e-mail
- answering the customer questions through the internet (section Support)

1 year
Cost
- 1-year license: the support cost is included.
- Perpetual license: the cost of support for the 1-st year is included. Further, the technical support is prolondated every year after prepayment. For this purpose, a separate contract is concluded. The cost of the year support is 20% of the perpetual license cost. Technical support must be uninterrupted: in the case of interval in the payment for support, the customer decided to renew the support must either pay for the interval or buy a new license.
