Technical support

Technical support is provided to the users of all the license types (Industrial, University, Traning class)

FlowVision technical support includes

  • Providing a license (license itself, license name, and license password)
  • Replacement of broken-down dongles
  • Regular updating the current version of the software
  • "Hot" telephone line (answering the customer questions by phone)
  • "Hot" internet line:
    • answering the customer questions by e-mail
    • answering the customer questions through the internet (section Support)

Duration

1 year

Cost

  • 1-year license: the support cost is included.
  • Perpetual license: the cost of support for the 1-st year is included. Further, the technical support is prolondated every year after prepayment. For this purpose, a separate contract is concluded. The cost of the year support is 20% of the perpetual license cost. Technical support must be uninterrupted: in the case of interval in the payment for support, the customer decided to renew the support must either pay for the interval or buy a new license.

Protected tecnical support

Protected section Support is assessable only for the registered users.
