Projects

 

We offer a wide range of projects involving:

  • CFD simulation,
  • Highly coupled Fluid-Structure-Interaction analysis including combined multi-physics CFD-FEA calculations
  • Complex multi-parameter/objective optimization
  • Non-standard specialized simulations involving standard code modifications and extensions

A typical project can be defined as:

  • Simulation of gas/fluid flows around/inside parts or system assembles aimed at estimation of the system fluid mechanics performance and shape optimization
  • Multi-physics simulations involving co-simulation with other codes (e.g. FEA Abaqus)
  • Investigation of optimal work flows and strategies for solving complex customer problems using FlowVision (solution of dimensionality problems – small clearances in large objects)
  • Development and implementation of additional physical and mathematical models extending basic FlowVision functionality to meet customer specific needs
     

A typical project starts from a definition of the simulation objectives and definition of project targets. A short problem description with attached geometry can be a good starting point.


We are interested in challenging projects and long term cooperation with our clients. We start with a pilot project as prove of concept and validity of proposed approach. The pilot project is offered at fixed cost and completed within a few weeks. Resulting report provides technical summary as well as more detailed estimation of work load and timing required for the realization of the project. A typical project can a few months. In case of long term projects (technical cooperation) we define every 6 months a detailed SOW (statement of work) splitting the tasks into smaller projects with duration not longer than 4 weeks.
