• Technical support during the period of the license validity including :
  • Assistance in the software installation
  • Telephone/e-mail assistance in solving your specific problems with FlowVision (guiding your specialists)
  • Additional examples of FlowVision use in your specific application area (if available)
  • Bug fixing and updates
• Adaptation and extension of the FlowVision code to particular customer needs (this service is offered on time/material basis quoted separately).
